Job Description:
The Head of Data / Data Team Lead will own end-to-end data strategy, ensuring daily production of high-quality leads. Responsibilities include leading the data team, managing scrapers, APIs, and automation workflows, building targeted lists, implementing lead scoring systems, maintaining database quality and DNC compliance, and supporting analytics dashboards for Sales, Operations, and QA. The role involves close collaboration with Sales Heads to optimize funnel performance and reporting on conversions and industry performance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data scraping (Python, Scrapy, BS4 preferred)

• Familiarity with tools like PhantomBuster, Apollo, Clay, BrightData

• Knowledge of API integrations & automation (Zapier, n8n)

• Advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus

• Experience analyzing large datasets & segmenting high-intent audiences

• Background in B2B lead generation or call center environment preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
