Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst II, you will develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions to generate business insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive market growth. The role involves AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in training and mentoring junior analysts
Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
Identify process improvements and mentor junior analysts
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Build and maintain data models and predictive algorithms
Clean, preprocess, and prepare datasets for analysis
Present findings through dashboards and reports
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a complex environment
Expertise in data analytics, problem solving, and deep-dive analysis
Knowledge of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to create project plans and technical documentation
Compensation:
$69,929 per year, with additional benefits and employer-paid health coverage
