Role Overview:
The Inventory Automation & Robotics Control Specialist will oversee daily operation and optimization of robotic inventory systems, ensuring accurate stock tracking, system health monitoring, and seamless communication between robots and warehouse platforms. This role works closely with warehouse partners and internal engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control robotic inventory systems handling real-time stock updates.
• Configure, calibrate, and maintain robotics sensors and inventory scanners.
• Resolve system alerts, errors, and robotic workflow disruptions.
• Analyze performance data to improve scanning accuracy and automation efficiency.
• Assist software teams with deploying AI-led inventory auditing models.
• Perform routine testing and validation of robotic inventory processes.
• Train warehouse teams on using robotic systems and dashboards.
• Maintain documentation of inventory system updates and operational procedures.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Robotics, or Automation Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse automation or robotics systems.
• Understanding of inventory workflows and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Hands-on experience with sensors, barcode systems, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and basic robotics frameworks is beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and system-monitoring skills.
