Job Description:

The Director – Construction Projects will lead and manage end-to-end execution of major construction projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines. The role involves supervising project teams, contractors, consultants, and site staff; monitoring budgets, schedules, and resources; preparing progress reports; coordinating with clients and senior management; and resolving technical, operational, and contractual issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large construction projects (commercial/industrial). Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proven hands-on experience in project planning, QA/QC, HSE compliance, execution methodologies, and contract management.

Age Limit:
Maximum 45–50 years
