Primary Work Setting
On-site banking centre environment with direct client interaction and collaborative team-based operations.
Role Purpose
As a Financial Services Representative II, you will support personal and business banking clients by understanding their financial goals, recommending tailored banking solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced branch setting.
Core Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand personal and business financial needs
Provide advice on cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach and engagement
Recommend appropriate banking products and solutions
Promote and guide clients on digital and mobile banking tools
Work collaboratively across teams and multiple banking centres when required
Support sales targets while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards
Candidate Requirements
Mutual Funds License in good standing (CSC or IFIC)
Minimum 1 year of client-facing sales or service experience
Prior banking experience is considered an asset
Strong client service mindset and goal-oriented attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Work Schedule
Flexible banking centre hours based on branch requirements.
37.5 hours per week
