Job Responsibilities:
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Handle outbound leads and close US-based clients. Conduct virtual sales meetings, negotiate contracts, and manage objections effectively. Maintain CRM records and follow Upwork workflows. Achieve assigned sales targets independently while ensuring strong client relationships.
Requirements:
2–5 years of proven experience in sales closing or business development. Strong track record of working with US clients. Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or US accent. Expertise in negotiation, objection handling, and virtual sales. Familiarity with CRM tools and Upwork processes. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary & Benefits:
PKR 90,000 – 120,000 plus commissions. Complimentary pick & drop facility. Night shift role (Monday to Friday).
