Role Overview
Western Alliance is seeking a Phone Sales Agent / Telemarketing Sales Representative to join its expanding logistics sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role involves generating new business through outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build new business opportunities within an assigned account portfolio through outbound outreach
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients via cold calls and emails to present the company’s logistics services
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with prospective clients
Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in high-volume sales or telemarketing roles

Ability to make 100+ calls per day

Objective-driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Shift
Full-time, Remote, standard business hours
Compensation
Salary: $19 per hour
Salary Type: Hourly
