Role Overview
The Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent for Canals’ engineering and product teams.
Core Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical and product positions (sourcing, screening, interviews, closing).
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates using creative sourcing and outbound strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on candidate quality.
Manage candidate experience, ensuring it reflects Canals’ culture of transparency and excellence.
Use data to track hiring pipeline health, conversion rates, and improve recruiting processes.
Represent Canals authentically in the market to attract top technical talent.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency) with a track record of successful hires.
Strong sourcing ability for technical roles including software engineering, ML/AI, DevOps, product, and design.
Exceptional communication and candidate engagement skills.
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and building consistent pipelines in fast-paced environments.
Proactive, process-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven.
