Back-End Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Build and manage microservices-based architectures. Develop secure and high-performance systems for web and mobile applications. Design and optimize databases, data models, and business logic. Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control. Collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams. Ensure backend systems meet security, reliability, and performance standards. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical planning.

Requirements:
1–2 years of professional backend development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django. Experience working with microservices architecture. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Good understanding of backend security best practices. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to Have:
Exposure to regulated environments (fintech, banking, healthcare, etc.). Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks. Knowledge of Docker, containers, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Understanding of logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
