Role Overview
This role supports the TSR team by managing insurer portal data, billing assistance, audits, compliance reviews, and internal workflows while contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Upload policy, endorsement, and cancellation data accurately
Review reports and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with insurer underwriting and support teams
Support onboarding, training, and job shadowing
Manage billing, policy documents, and shared inboxes
Apply payment and financing methods correctly
Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
Qualifications
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and in teams
Insurance industry or insurer portal experience is an asset
Salary
$35,000 – $50,000
Full-time salaried compensation based on experience
