Job Role

Assist clients through the application and onboarding process for real estate commission advances, ensuring documentation is accurate, files are complete, and clients are supported throughout pre-approval.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat

Guide agents through the application and documentation submission process

Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy

Identify blockers such as missing forms or unclear information

Follow up with agents who haven’t completed applications

Prepare clean and accurate files for approval

Maintain fast and friendly communication

Educate clients on next steps and documentation requirements

Requirements

Experience in client success, sales, operations, or account management

Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
