Job Description:
The Upwork Business Development Specialist will identify high-intent projects on Upwork, write customized proposals, handle client conversations, manage and convert Meta (Facebook) and Bark leads, book calls or close deals directly, and consistently bring qualified, high-value clients to the agency.

Requirements:
Proven experience winning projects on Upwork, experience handling Meta and Bark leads, strong understanding of agency services (marketing, websites, CRM, ads, automation, social media), ability to show proof of results, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Beginners or learners should not apply.
