French Talent Resources specializes in providing bilingual customer support services and recruits remote customer service professionals across Canada.

Role Overview
Provide professional customer service support from home by assisting customers with inquiries such as delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general support requests

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
Provide accurate information related to customer issues and requests.
Use computer systems to solve problems and support customers.
Handle multiple customer service tasks in a remote setup.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications 
Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
Ability to work independently from home.
Comfortable working with computer systems. 

Compensation
Approximately $21 CAD per hour (as per posting).
