Position Objective
Support thousands of self-serve accounts worldwide by ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and renewals while acting as a trusted point of contact. Monitor customer success metrics, maintain account records, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers.
Primary Duties
Respond to customer and reseller inquiries within one business hour
Coordinate onboarding, renewals, adoption, and cancellations
Manage Customer Success inbox and triage inquiries
Prepare and process renewal quotes accurately
Keep detailed records in HubSpot CRM for easy reference across the team.
Monitor customer health scores and account usage to recommend improvements.
Represent the company at industry events and client visits to strengthen relationships.
Role Essentials
Minimum 1 year experience in SaaS customer-facing roles, technical support, or customer success.
Remote work experience preferred.
HubSpot CRM proficiency.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Positive, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Bonus: experience with resellers or clients in education, corporate, AV, or digital signage sectors.
