Role Overview
Provide customer service support by responding to customer inquiries, assisting with questions about delivery status, mail issues, billing, rates, and general account support. This is a non-sales customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests via email (and sometimes chat).
Provide information on delivery status, redirects, accounts, and service issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Problem-solve customer concerns professionally.
Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a computer / online environment.
Attention to detail and ability to handle customer issues.
Bilingual (French + English) may be required for some roles.
Compensation
Salary: Approx CA$21/hr
