Role Overview:
Manage and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to support chapter events, fundraising, advocacy, and community outreach. Track performance, stay on top of trends, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and post mission-driven content (stories, reels, graphics)

• Support chapter event promotion and marketing ideation

• Use social media tools to track engagement and follower growth

• Collaborate with chapter staff to align content with goals

• Maintain content calendars and assist national accounts

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years social media experience (professional, internship, or volunteer)

• Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and tools like Canva or Sprout Social

• Strong writing, content creation, and basic graphic/video skills

• Ability to track basic social metrics and report insights

• Enthusiasm for nonprofit mission and community engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent)
