Key Responsibilities

• Create & publish 2+ weekly posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube

• Write captions and design social assets; support video creation/editing

• Manage daily community engagement (comments, DMs, audience messages)

• Maintain and update the monthly content calendar (bi-weekly planning)

• Monitor trends and identify new formats/opportunities

• Prepare monthly analytics reports (engagement, growth, performance)

• Co-mentor the Social & Digital Media Intern

• Support additional digital projects as needed

About You

• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized; strong communicator

• Comfortable managing multiple platforms and deadlines

• Proactive team player with a passion for youth mental health & equity

• Confident appearing on camera for social content

Requirements

• 1–2 years in marketing, communications, or social media

• Hands-on experience creating videos, images, and graphics

• Familiar with Canva, Sprout Social, ClickUp, and Google/Microsoft tools
