Role Overview
We’re looking for a social-first content producer with a strong TikTok mindset to bring campaigns, creator-led productions, and cultural moments to life from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into innovative, TikTok-first content ideas

• Organize and produce social shoots (primarily East Coast; occasional other markets)

• Support copywriting, storyboarding, and creator-led formats

• Collaborate with TikTok teams, creators, and internal stakeholders from ideation to launch

• Manage timelines, approvals, alignment meetings, and recaps

• Spot trends and cultural moments to inform fresh content ideas

• Contribute to brainstorms, pitch decks, and creative planning

• Track content performance and prepare reports and insights

What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of TikTok and social content trends

• Experience producing content end-to-end (concept, shoots, edits, approvals, publishing)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence

• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset

• Comfortable managing logistics, on-set coordination, and feedback rounds
