Role Overview:
The Cloud Security Automation Engineer will design secure cloud architectures, integrate automated detection workflows, and deploy SOC-driven cloud security enhancements. You will collaborate with security, cloud engineering, and DevOps teams to create resilient, compliant, and scalable cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build automated cloud security workflows using SOAR tools and custom scripting.
• Implement secure architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Integrate cloud logs with SIEM/SOAR platforms for enhanced threat detection.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates for secure deployments.
• Perform cloud posture assessments and enforce compliance standards.
• Create automated remediation scripts for critical vulnerabilities and alerts.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Document cloud architecture, automation playbooks, and incident runbooks.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in cloud security engineering or DevSecOps.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP security tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Familiarity with SOC automation, SOAR tools, and cloud-native security services.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication abilities.
