Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level, client-facing role responsible for engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and processing information accurately. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, and eager to learn while working in a team-oriented, security-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company professionally
Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information
Engage with people in local areas as required by the role
Process customer information using an Android device
Build positive and professional customer relationships
Work collaboratively with a team and receive daily coaching
Support onboarding and training of new staff
