Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is a leading North American sales and event marketing agency and the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco, supporting manufacturers and retailers across multiple trade channels.
Role Overview
The District Manager leads and oversees multi-unit teams within Costco locations, driving sales execution, operational performance, and customer experience in line with CDS strategic and financial objectives.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage regional operations, budgets, and profit & loss performance
Drive sales activation, revenue growth, and expense management
Analyze performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and margins
Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize event execution and results
Enhance customer satisfaction through strong operational practices
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5 years of retail management experience
3 years of multi-unit leadership experience
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Financial and analytical capability
Customer relationship management
Decision-making and reporting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Food Safety Certification
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work in office, field, retail, or warehouse environments
Physical activity including standing, lifting up to 10 kg, and travel
