Job Overview:
Saeed Ghani is seeking a results-driven Deputy Manager to oversee e-commerce and fulfillment operations. The role involves managing order processing, dispatch, inventory, customer satisfaction, and leading the operations team while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces & website

• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, and returns

• Maintain accurate inventory, stock levels, and product listings

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance & Marketing

• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational performance reports

• Identify gaps and implement process improvements

• Resolve escalations and customer issues promptly

• Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team

• Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and tools to enhance growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 4–6 years of experience in retail e-commerce operations

• Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
