Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field
6–7 years of relevant experience in knitwear dyeing operations
Hands-on experience with TEXLINK, BRAZOLI, FONG’S, SCLAVOS, THIES, and other automated dyeing systems
Strong knowledge of dyeing recipes, shade matching, chemical handling, and lab-to-bulk recipe transfer
Process optimization, cost control, and production planning skills
Ability to lead teams, implement best practices, and maintain safety and compliance standards
