Experience
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to phone and email inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed
Log interactions accurately in tracking systems
Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to meet service level agreements
Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared goals
Follow corporate policies and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
Fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
Completed post-secondary education
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Professional, tactful, and customer-focused approach
Supply chain experience is an asset
