Compensation
Base Salary: CA$75,000 per year (or CA$36 per hour)
Additional Pay: Sales commissions and incentives under the company’s Incentive Plan
Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative supports newly onboarded and existing clients by providing guidance on foreign exchange services, global payments, and MTFX’s online platform. This is a client-facing role focused on problem-solving, relationship-building, and delivering a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Support client onboarding, account setup, and documentation verification
Process currency exchanges, fund transfers, and rate requests
Assist clients with transaction status updates and platform navigation
Resolve issues related to payments, fees, delays, and account access
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Requirements & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in customer service, accounting, or financial services
College diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
