Job Description:
The Call Center Agent / Cold Caller will make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, present DexterSol’s IT and digital marketing services, identify client needs, overcome objections, generate qualified B2B leads, schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team, and maintain accurate CRM and call records.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or B2B lead generation (freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged), excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, target-driven mindset, and basic understanding of web development, SEO, or digital marketing services is a plus.
