Job Outline
The Client Service Coordinator will coordinate client schedules, process referrals, facilitate communication between clients and caregivers, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of services within the health care team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead communication with patients, families, staff, and funder organizations; process referrals; assess service needs; assign and schedule caregivers; maintain accurate electronic records; address client concerns professionally; optimize staff schedules.
Qualifications
Secondary school diploma required; certificate/diploma in Office Administration or Medical Terminology preferred; strong communication and computer skills; ability to handle high-volume tasks and sensitive information.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of related customer service or healthcare coordination experience preferred.
