About the Role
As a Customer Success Representative, you will oversee client campaigns, process and analyze data, respond to client inquiries, and propose process improvements. You will gain deep insight into SaaS operations while working in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Who We Are
GetQuorum is a Toronto-based SaaS company providing virtual annual general meeting and electronic voting platforms for condominiums, not-for-profits, and regulatory bodies. Our software enables efficient voting, meeting management, and quorum achievement.

Key Responsibilities
Execute campaigns using proprietary SaaS platform.
Process and model customer data in Excel for system import.
Address client questions and maintain professional communication.
Propose workflow improvements for campaign efficiency.
Participate in team discussions, contributing insights.
Track requests and issues via Jira or related tools.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years client-facing, customer support, or help desk experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a startup-like environment.
Post-secondary education in Business, IT, or related field.
Bonus: HTML, Notion, Issue tracking software, or legal knowledge in Ontario Condo Act.

Compensation
$40,000–$50,000 per year
