What You’ll Do

• Turn SEO keyword priorities into clear blog topics, outlines, and content briefs

• Manage the full content pipeline: assign topics, set deadlines, and track production

• Edit and optimize content for clarity, brand voice, clinical accuracy, and on-page SEO

• Coordinate with designers and stakeholders to move content from draft to publish

• Maintain content calendars and improve workflows to scale quality output

• Manage contributor operations including contracts, invoices, and payments

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience in content operations, editorial project management, or SEO content

• Strong editing skills with excellent attention to structure, flow, and voice

• Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously

• Experience working with freelance writers and managing feedback cycles

• Comfortable using project management tools (Asana preferred)
