Key Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on emerging trends in GenAI and LLM advancements and identify opportunities for application within the company

Design, build, and maintain LLM applications with high performance and reliability

Own the full machine learning lifecycle, including data analysis, preprocessing, model architecture, training, evaluation, and MLOps

Collaborate with product engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop AI solutions

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD or equivalent experience is a plus)

Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning with real-world deployment experience

Strong programming skills in Python with experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and JAX

Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and evaluation methodologies

Work Environment
Yupp is a mostly in-person startup with flexibility to work from home when needed. Employees generally work from home an average of one day per week and have flexibility in arrival and departure times.
