Role Overview:
The Offshore Operations & Maintenance Manager will oversee all offshore renewable energy assets, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role involves managing maintenance schedules, supervising field teams, and coordinating logistics for offshore energy installations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, supervise, and execute offshore operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure reliability of energy systems.
• Manage offshore teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance measures.
• Coordinate logistics, vessel operations, and material handling for offshore sites.
• Analyze operational data and implement optimization strategies.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on performance and maintenance status.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in offshore operations, renewable energy, or marine engineering.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of offshore safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Experience with SCADA systems, condition monitoring, and maintenance software.
