Role Overview:
The UAV Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing commercial drone missions in sectors such as energy, construction, agriculture, and logistics. This role requires hands-on drone piloting, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site UAV flight operations for mapping, inspection, and survey missions.
• Perform pre-flight assessments, calibrations, and equipment checks.
• Troubleshoot drone hardware, payload sensors, and control systems.
• Collect aerial data and ensure accurate mission documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and clients to align field operations with technical needs.
• Maintain UAV inventory, batteries, spare parts, and operational logs.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in UAV flight operations or field engineering.
• Strong knowledge of drone platforms (DJI, custom UAVs, long-range industrial drones).
• Ability to work in various outdoor environments and travel frequently.
• FAA Part 107 certification preferred.
• Strong communication and field-coordination skills.
