Role Overview:
The AI Fleet Operations Specialist will manage and enhance automated fleet operations, using machine-learning algorithms and IoT-enabled systems to ensure smooth logistics performance. This role requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience with smart fleet platforms, and the ability to interpret real-time data for performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize AI-driven fleet performance, load distribution, and route automation.
• Oversee real-time cargo tracking dashboards and escalate exceptions when needed.
• Analyze system-generated route data to identify operational improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test and refine AI algorithms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and SLA adherence.
• Generate weekly fleet performance reports with actionable insights.
• Work with clients and internal teams to resolve logistics disruptions promptly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics tech, or AI-based workflow systems.
• Strong knowledge of route optimization tools, GPS/IoT platforms, and TMS solutions.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data dashboards and logistics KPIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
