Job Description:
The Head of QSR will lead Dawn Foods' Quick Service Restaurant initiative, developing overall QSR strategy, brand positioning, menu design, and operational framework. The role includes overseeing restaurant design, vendor management, SOPs, compliance with food safety standards, monitoring P&L, ROI, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences across all locations.

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of proven leadership in QSR operations, store development, and brand building

• Experience in launching, scaling, or transforming QSR brands

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Food Sciences, or related field
