Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions, including medications and treatments within RPN scope of practice
Provide client-centred care as part of an interdisciplinary team
Support personal care, activation, recreation, and spiritual needs
Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to develop and update individualized care plans
Qualifications
Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Level C with AED
Experience with geriatric patients with complex medical needs (preferred)
Psychogeriatric care experience, including mental health assessment and responsive behaviours (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (Meditech, Microsoft Word, Excel preferred)
